1. Pricing Standard

All quoted prices on our website represent EXW factory rates excluding tax and freight. Bulk admixture shipments adopt container sea freight quotation; small sample parcels are priced by courier volumetric weight. Our sales team issues custom freight quotations based on destination port, cargo weight and volume prior to order confirmation.

2. Freight Liability Allocation

1. Seller-side delivery faults (re-delivery for defective/incorrect consignments): We cover all inbound and outbound transportation expenses.

2. Buyer-initiated returns, order revisions and delivery refusal: All reverse shipping expenses are borne by the purchaser.

3. Standard wholesale orders: Freight cost is settled by buyers via two selectable methods: freight collect at destination port or pre-paid shipping cost during checkout.

3. Bulk Order Freight Discount

Container shipments above 10 metric tons qualify for negotiated sea freight rebates. Long-term contracted clients enjoy bundled freight preferential rates stipulated in annual procurement agreements.

4. Transit Damage Compensation

We coordinate freight carrier claim settlements for package breakage and powder leakage during ocean transit, without passing cargo loss liabilities to buyers. Damages arising from buyer self-appointed niche logistics providers are excluded from our compensation scope.
