Return & Exchange Policy

1. Valid Refund Scenarios

1. Seller liability (product quality defects, specification mismatch, stock-out delivery failure): 100% principal refund with reimbursement for buyer prepaid shipment fees.

2. Qualified returns & exchanges: Remaining balance will be settled after deductions specified in the return clause.

3. Order cancellation: Full refund for orders not handed over to carriers. Logistic fees already incurred will be subtracted for goods out for transit.

2. Refund Processing Lead Time

1. Telegraphic transfer (T/T): Finance team processes cross-border remittance within 3–7 working days after returned goods pass warehouse inspection; bank cross-border clearing may cause minor delays.

2. Online payment channels (Alipay, PayPal): Funds are returned via original payment channel within 1–3 working days post verification.

3. Refund Rejection Circumstances

1. Construction admixtures blended and deployed at job sites with zero resale value;

2. Expired claim window without legitimate quality proof;

3. Product damage stemming from buyer mishandling, improper site storage or third-party carrier negligence;

4. Custom formulations where batch production has commenced.

4. Price Difference Settlement

For exchanged products of higher unit pricing: buyer pays the price gap upfront. For lower-priced replacement stock, the price difference will be refunded via your original payment channel.
