Third-generation PCE superplasticizer in flake and powder form — 97.0% min solids, completely water-soluble, up to 35% water reduction. For concrete, dry-mix mortar, self-levelling, tile adhesives and oil-well cementing. Manufactured and tested in-house, shipped worldwide.
PCE superplasticizer is the third generation of water-reducing agents — evolved from lignosulfonate and naphthalene types. In flake and powder form it disperses cement and mortar particles more effectively, so you use less water and less binder without giving up workability.
97.0 ± 1.0% solids in every bag — completely water-soluble. Dissolve to a 10% or 20% solution for ready-mix concrete and mortar dosing.
Lower water-cement ratio means higher strength and denser concrete — water reduction ratio tested at ≥ 25%, up to 35% on P.O 42.5 cement.
CL2618 stays effective to 60 °C and the rest to 50 °C — built for hot climates, warm storage and demanding mixing conditions.
Chloride ≤ 0.02% and total alkali ≤ 0.3% keep reinforcement safe — suited to reinforced and prestressed concrete.
Recommended dosage is only 0.1–0.6% of cementitious weight. A little goes a long way — each 25 kg bag covers far more mortar or concrete than conventional admixtures.
Flakes for water-reducing and slump-retention concrete, powders for dry-mix mortar, self-levelling and tile adhesives. Pick the form that suits your plant.
Flakes and powders with 97% min solids, ISO-certified and batch-tested in our own lab. Choose by form and priority: water reduction, slump retention, dry-mix mortar or heat resistance.
Water reducing
High-performance PCE flake with water-reduction ratio up to 35%. Completely water-soluble, eco-friendly, made from EPEG 912.
Slump retention
Slump-retention PCE flake that keeps concrete fluid and cohesive over long hauls and hot weather, without segregation.
Dry-mix mortar
Fully water-soluble PCE powder for dry-mix mortar and concrete — gypsum- and cement-based systems, self-levelling, plaster, grouts and adhesives.
Heat stable 60 °C
Heat-resistant PCE powder with excellent early strength, optimized for construction chemicals, self-levelling screeds and oil-well cementing.

Yes — samples are available on request. Send us your contact and application details through the form or WhatsApp, and we will arrange a sample with the datasheet for the grade that fits your mix.
CL-2628 and CL-2645 are flake grades for water reduction and slump retention in concrete; CL-2621 and CL-2618 are powder grades for dry-mix mortar, self-levelling and heat-resistant applications. All are 97% min solids and completely water-soluble — dissolve to a 10% or 20% solution before use in ready-mix concrete.
Use CL-2628 for standard and high-strength concrete, CL-2645 when you need long slump retention for hauls or hot weather, CL-2621 for dry-mix mortar and self-levelling systems, and CL-2618 when you need heat resistance or oil-well cementing performance. Our technical team can recommend the right grade and dosage for your materials.
Typically 0.1–0.5% of cementitious materials by weight (0.1–0.6% for CL-2618), depending on the grade, target performance and materials. Always run a compatibility and dosage trial with your own cement or dry-mix formula; our lab can support the mix design.
Store in a dry place below 40 °C without stacking or heavy pressure to avoid caking. Shelf life is 12 months in the original package; use within 60 days after opening. The product is non-toxic, non-irritating and non-combustible.
